The shadow placement in this drawing is particularly good. It’s also very easy to see all the different points on the value scale in use in the image. The perspective doesn’t seem to be a perfect recreation of the image, however, which may or may not be what you were going for – it’s from a slightly higher angle.
Matthew’s comment is spot on, the perspective is from an elevated Point of View and can be corrected with sighting and measuring. Good use of value within the drawing although you could probably use step 6 (darkest value) a bit more in the cast shadows for depth.
